Event Branding: FATE '23
Project: FATE '23 (Ford Agile and Tech Experience) Tech Conference
Objective: To create an all-day tech conference featuring speakers from Ford, with TEDx-style talks, panel discussions, and interactive activities. The goal is to generate excitement and interest for the event and increase attendance.
Solution: As the lead designer, I developed the event branding, including the name and visual identity. The name, FATE '23 (Ford Agile and Tech Experience), was selected to reflect the focus on technology and innovation, as well as the forward-thinking nature of the event. The visual identity features a modern, sleek design with bold typography and a color scheme that reflects the Ford brand.
To generate excitement and anticipation for the event, I developed a multi-channel marketing campaign that included social media posts, email marketing, and targeted advertising. We also created a dedicated website for the event where attendees could register and learn more about the conference.
Results: Due to the successful marketing campaign, we reached the maximum number of invitations and the event is expected to be a sell-out. The event has generated buzz within the Ford community and beyond, with many attendees expressing excitement about the speakers and topics that will be presented.
Overall, the FATE '23 conference has been a success in terms of generating anticipation and excitement for the event, as well as increasing attendance. The branding and marketing materials have effectively communicated the key messages and values of the conference, resulting in a sell-out event that is poised to be a major success.
